The Firework Factory Team have a few basic principles that we pledge to every customer, these simple pledges are what so many other companies miss and its this attention to detail we concentrate on every time.
- To be friendly and helpful with every customer, no matter what the question or the request; and that we work fast and efficiently on every part of the organisation of your show
- Each display is priced as competitively as possible; whilst ensuring that at no point we compromise on quality of service or products
- Every Display is handled by trained professionals and carried our in accordance with the regulations that govern our industry. We'll also work to the highest possible standards to ensure that all parties involved are happy.
- We'll deal with all aspects of Health and Safety and satisfy all the questions the venue will have. Our service includes us liaising directly with your venue and/or wedding/event planner and to provide a copy of our insurance certificate (which is for £10 Million as standard)

We try to make this as easy as possible, don't worry too much about loads of form filling, you can just give us a call on 01623 490404 and we can handle it over the phone. Or if you prefer simply email us your name, address and the event date to displays@fireworkfactory.com and we'll look after the rest. Our staff will ensure that we get all the right information from you. Remember we do this week in week out so leave as much to us as you wish.
The same price all over the UK
Our prices are set for the whole of the UK, we're able to offer this due to our network of specialist storage and workshops. We have stores in Oxford, Nottingham, Aberdeen and the Isle of Man, meaning that we are reasonably close to most parts of the UK (except Northern Ireland, please enquire separately for both the North and the Republic), so we're able to provide set costs to virtually everyone.
Products
We source all of our own products from the Far East, Europe and here in the UK, all of our material is hand picked by our Senior Display People straight from the manufacturers to make sure we get the best priced product direct from a variety of factories. We also get the best looking product that is suitable for your event at the location its taking place. You can rely on the experience of our team to ensure you get the best quality at the best price.
Health & Safety
Our industry is right at the forefront of many regulations which you would expect when you consider that we handle, store and transport large quantities of explosives each year. As part of our service we will look after and provide all the correct Risk Assessments and Site Audits to your chosen venue, not only to keep them happy but to ensure we've taken every step towards making your fireworks display safe and enjoyable to watch.
Training
This has been key to our success, we train every member of our team in the specialist knowledge of fireworks displays to a set industry standard. However we go one stage further and regularly improve and evolve our staff to ensure we not only provide great fireworks displays but also happy clients to.
History
The Team at Firework Factory have years and years in the business, the Display management team in the company formed back in 1995 and since then have provided several thousand displays across the UK. On many weekends through out the summer the team at Firework Factory can be performing 10 or more shows each weekend.
Technology
Although the team at Firework Factory has been around for some time, in the grand scheme of things they are still quite young (or at least we think so). This has enabled them to cope with and embrace technology, and since so many shows are designed and fired by computer this helps an awful lot. The team at Firework Factory have invested heavily in Pyromate and FireOne firing systems www.pyromate.com www.fireone.com this has kept them well ahead of their competition as we have the right tools for virtually any display.
